Returns & Exchange Policy
Colorado Bag’n Baggage will refund or exchange all unused or defective product(s) received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns must be accompanied by the bottom portion of the packing slip and will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
Items received as gifts will be credited to a Colorado Bag’n Baggage gift card. The gift card will be shipped to the address provided on the original order, unless otherwise notated on the return form.
For your convenience, purchases made at www.coloradobagnbaggage.com may be returned or exchanged at any Colorado Bag’n Baggage location, including Colorado Baggage Company, Bag’n Baggage and Houston Trunk stores. Click here for a list of our store locations. Exchanges made through the Web Return Department can only be made for items that are equal to or lesser in value as the original purchase price.

Step 2: Please state the reason for return or exchange using one of the codes below:
1 - Exchange
2 - Quality of Merchandise
3 - Wrong Merchandise
4 - Changed Mind
5 - Other

All return packages must be mailed pre-paid; no COD’s will be accepted. We recommend that you obtain tracking and/or insurance on your shipment. Colorado Bag’n Baggage is not responsible for lost or improperly shipped merchandise.
