About TUMI Tracer® Product Registration
With over three million bags lost in transit every year, and many more left in hotels, taxis, and restaurants, it makes sense to protect your valuable Tumi products and their irreplaceable contents through the Tracer program.
Tracer is an exclusive, complimentary program that helps reunite Tumi customers with their lost or stolen items including luggage, business cases and watches.
In March 1999, Tumi introduced Tumi Tracer--an exclusive, innovative and complimentary program for our customers that helps reunite people with their lost or stolen items. Since that time, Tumi Tracer has helped thousands of our customers reclaim their luggage and business cases.
The core of the Tumi Tracer program is a unique 20-digit individual product bar code number printed on a special metal plate that is permanently affixed to Tumi luggage, business cases, casual bags and timepieces. That number, along with the owner's name, address and phone number will be entered into our Tracer database when a bag is registered with us.
If a lost or stolen Tumi Tracer item is found, the finder can call the free, worldwide collect Tumi Tracer hotline number (732.748.8864) that is also printed on the metal plate. Once the 20-digit number is reported, Tumi will match the number with the owner's information, notify the customer that the bag has been found and provide information on how the bag can be recovered.
All Tumi Tracer products come with a written explanation of the program and a product registration card. You may choose to register by mail, at an authorized Tumi retailer, or online.

Due to our extreme confidence in our products and our insatiable desire to deliver only the highest level of service, we have created the most consumer-friendly warranty in the travelware industry.
If your Briggs & Riley bag is ever broken or damaged, even if it was caused by an airline, we will repair it free of charge. Simple as that!
Just call your nearest Authorized Repair Center, no repair number is needed. You can find an Authorized Repair Center here on our website. Please note that you are responsible for any freight charges incurred when shipping your bag to a repair center.
You can also ship your bag directly to Briggs & Riley at one of our Company Repair Centers listed below. First call our Consumer Service Center at (888) HMB BAGS (462-2247) or email us to receive a Repair Number prior to sending your bag to us. A Repair Number is required in order to process your repair request.

Our 'Simple as that' warranty will cover the repair of all functional aspects of your Briggs & Riley bag for life. We will continue to repair your bag even if you decide to purchase a new Briggs & Riley product with the latest performance innovations. Naturally, our warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or cleaning, nor does it cover the replacement of lost or stolen bags and/or its content. If your bag or its contents are damaged by an airline and you wish to hold them responsible, we suggest that you file a claim with the carrier before leaving the airport. If you choose not to do this and instead wish for us to repair your bag, we will be happy to do so at no charge. Due to the nature of certain types of repairs and normal wear and tear, it is not always possible to return your bag to it's original condition.

Victorinox Warranty Information
Carry With Confidence™ Guarantee
The Carry With Confidence™ Guarantee covers repairs of a functional nature for damage caused by common carriers. Additionally, this guarantee ensures that your product will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the bag. We will cover damage to your product caused by a defect in the workmanship or materials. This guarantee does not cover cosmetic damage or damage to contents. As with any travel gear product component parts, particularly moving parts, will show wear over time, and may eventually need to be refurbished or replaced. If such wear and tear occurs, we can provide you with generous options for repairing or refurbishing your product. The Carry With Confidence™ Guarantee applies to versions 3.0 and later of E-Motion® 360° and Mobilizer NXT®, version 2.0 and later of Werks Traveler™, and all versions of Architecture™.

Victorinox® Lifestyle Accessories 2.0, Altius™ 2.0, University, and all versions of Tallux™, Ground Force™ and Curb™ are guaranteed for the life of the product to be free from any and all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. We will cover any damage to your product caused by a defect in the workmanship or quality of the materials. We have the right, at our option, to repair or replace the merchandise. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper handling or common carrier damage. The guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear. As with any travel gear product, component parts, particularly moving parts, will show wear over time, and eventually may need to be refurbished or replaced. Victorinox Swiss Tracker™ Registration
Select bags offer our free Swiss Tracker™ Bag Tracking Program. With Victorinox’s bag tracking program, we help to reunite you with your lost bag anywhere in the world for free.
Your bag bears a unique tracking ID number and a 24–hour a day, 365 days a year number to call collect from anywhere in the world in case the bag is found. If someone finds your lost Victorinox® Travel Gear bag, they call our customer service representative at the hotline number. Using your unique ID number, we will work with them to reunite you with your bag. We will notify you, arrange pickup, and then arrange for delivery of your bag–at no cost to you.

Kipling Warranty Information
The Kipling limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for one year from date of purchase. During the warranty period, at our option, we will repair or replace your bag (with an equivalent bag if your bag is no longer available) if you return the bag to the Kipling Warranty Service Center postage prepaid, together with proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages that result from accident, misuse, abuse (including damage caused by airlines or other carriers) normal wear and tear or theft. Incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of, the contents of a bag, loss of use of time or similar expenses are not recoverable under this warranty. Locks are intended only to prevent accidental opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft of product or its contents.
For assistance and return instructions of a Kipling product that needs repair within the warranty guidelines, please contact the Kipling Warranty Service Center at 866-798-0102 x6233. The center is open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST for assistance.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
